   “Dave Costello BA(Hons)DipCOT DCHyp ACertCSHyp has been an Occupational Therapist for 18 years, and worked in a variety of clinical areas in mental health in the NHS for 14 years. He came to specialise in vocational rehabilitation and job retention case management, devising methods in which services could become more focused around assisting and supporting individuals with mental health issues back into work.

   Dave continued this work in Wales, taking up the post of lead clinician for the Equal Programme Healthy Minds at Work. This programme explored methods in which stress and mild to moderate mental health conditions could be better addressed in the workplace. Dave devised a ‘Health and Wellbeing Facilitator Training’ course, which has since been adopted by a number of public sector organisations in Wales. He is also a guest lecturer on the Occupational Therapy Degree Programme at the University of West of England.

   In recent years Dave has designed and delivered Condition Management Programmes for Depression for Pathways to Work, as well as providing rehabilitation and case management to the Insurance industry, supporting and enabling individuals to return to work following illness or injury.

   Dave is an accredited Brief Strategic Therapist and practices clinical hypnotherapy in both Cardiff and Bristol. “

   Neil – that’s the guy. Is he still at KSK?

   Mike – Not the right guy, but if we don’t find the real Dave Costello, then my contact may need treating for depression.

   KSK are a victim of the downturn and ceased trading some months ago. I believe Dave Costello was the rep for them.

   Was Dave Costello once a rep from a door panel company based in the North East, who subsequently moved to a roofing company in Hull region, before moving to a window manufacturing company in Mansfield? (Probably with a few other jobs in between)

   Hi Simon

   Yes, he’s worked for PDL, Vista Panels, North East Panels (and others) but most recently was at KSK in Hull.

   i believe he is now trade rep for snugfit in southshields near newcastle upon tyne
