According to the Energy Saving Trust website, Her Majesty is planning upgrading her 775 room central London residence with double glazing.
I’ve had a look at pictures of Buckingham Palace, and I feel Synseal uPVC vertical sliding sash windows will be ideal for this energy efficient home improvement:
So, I’m intending giving the Queen a ring next week to see if I can fix up an appointment to give her a free ‘no obligation’ quotation. I would be willing to do a special deal if she’s happy for us to leave a sandwich board in the front drive for 6 months.

You wont be installing Synseal-It was I who cold called her and she’s having my Rehau frames in there!
And a discount for signing on the night, send your best consultant Mathew.
too late one of my old friends was there last week for a an event hosted by princess ann and he silpped one of my cards to HRH. lol
The first bits true would we seriously want to fit double glazing at the palace?, i suspect they will use secondary glazing. i have this strange feeling the palace might be a listed building.
matthew why bother with vertical sliders put in tilt and turns move them onto the outer brickwork and plaster them on the inside, i feel this would add to character of the building. and maybe even a nice upvc porch for the guards to stand in when its raining
Phil – I’d be concerned that with tilt and turns Her Majesty might accidently knock expensive ornaments off the window sills. Maybe large top hung sashes would work with sash jammers to pull them in at the sides (great for draft proofing and extra security).
Anyhow, looks like others have beaten me to this order. I think she’d be a bit fussy to be honest.
Deceuninck sliding sash windows LOL
As a committed republican, can I suggest Mrs Windsor pays for this and stop plugging one of your PR’s clients
Mike – I didn’t realise Paul Godwin had got a deal set up with the Queen.
Godwin would represent Lucifer if the rate was good enough
I’ve already won the order, but she’s not going to be in when we go to fit, so she’s leaving us a key to the front door!
Oh keep up! We were showing thermal image photographs of this property and another one in Westminster (with a clocktower) and giving address details as red hot leads at every Journey to C Roadshow……….Doh!
Sorry Alan. It is one of the biggest regrets of my business career, that I didn’t attend one of the Journey to C Roadshows.
Will you lot just leave me alone!! Just trying to earn a dishonest crust here. Sorry got to go, Her Maj on the dog…..
I wonder if SafeSyle will send a rep round there…. ? ? Using the sales pitch, “Buy the front get the back free??? **Laughs out Loud** Maybee not?
Sorry guys – it’s a done deal. Roseview’s Rehau sash windows are going in there, and Swifty will sort us out with the casements
Matthew – as ever we will give you a bit of showroom help if her maj want to do the deal – dont forget to ask about balmoral too
Thanks David. Does that extend to a free of charge Global roof if I can sell a porch on the front?
Its a deal Mike-
i have won the job but don’t know how creditworthy she is
has anyone had any bad dealings with this lot before?
If she wants any Queen Anne leadwork or should it be Queen Elizabeth leadwork give me a ring, I could do with a few hundred extra panels to help fill out Septembers work load
