As if we haven’t got enough double glazing businesses going bust and starting again, one company is actually targeting our industry specifically.
Steve Thatcher of Help With Debt (UK) Limited states:
“In these hard economic times business is very hard. If you are a company director looking for a bit of advice because your Double glazing materials business is struggling, you have come to the right place. I have created many articles which try to help a director take the right steps in either closing or liquidating a business or pre-packing a sale and starting again.”
You can read the rest of the article here.
I’m sorry, but I find this offensive and in very bad taste. I’m annoyed and I want to swear (but I won’t). Grrrrrr!

Actually, just realised I should have called this post:
How to wind up a double glazing company owner!
Relax Mathew, things are getting tough for some but you can pick up new business, lots of people are on stop with current suppliers, time to move in, go on, if you don’t, some one will.
Now let me see, Paragon windows Oxford Ltd, Paragon Windows Abingdon Ltd, Paragon Windows Didcot Ltd, choices are endless and there is always some one willing to supply a new company.
It should be illegal but it ain’t.
Hi Mike
Just thought I’d say that I love the write up on the About Us page on your website. I can see that you’re one of the industry’s good guys!
