You were not ’sucked in’ at all,you merely jumped in without exercising your judgment.

Only foolish customers sign up on the night believing they have negotiated ‘an amazing deal’ (what did you compare it with?) unless maybe finance was the overriding reason for choosing this particular company.

Sensible customers seek recommendations from friends & work colleagues and maybe get 2-3 quotations to compare value and specification. There are lots of good companies out here only too willing to give straight advice, competitive prices, good after sales service, with the minimum amount of fuss.
