		<description>Its a nice thought that weaker (and less scrupulous?) competitors have fallen by the wayside,but past experience has shown that these firms &amp; jobs merely get recycled and morph into new operations often indistinguishable from previous entities, as far as the buying public are concerned.  

The vast majority of trade suppliers are only too happy to continue to supply such operators- all be it on a COD basis.</description>
